Terms and Conditions

Occupation of all Sterling Lettings accommodation is subject to your signing an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement.

To reserve the accommodation of your choice, you will need to:

• Sign and return the Tenancy Agreement provided for you
• Pay your Reservation fee
• Complete and return the Guarantor Form
• Ensure your payment method is in place,either by Standing Order, Direct Debit or Post Dated Cheques.
• All contracts start on July and terminate on June the following year (unless otherwise stated).
